STATEMENT OF ARTIST PRACTICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am an artist who believes in the power of storytelling. My artwork is created through a meticulous layering process in Photoshop, starting with a single image that captures my imagination. Despite my use of digital tools, I am dedicated to preserving the handcrafted feel of traditional artwork. I work with a range of mixed media elements, including hand-drawn sketches and photographs that I take myself, to create unique pieces that are full of depth and texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through my art, I strive to bring my stories to life in the most captivating way possible. After crafting the collage, I bring the characters to life through animation using After Effects. This is where the magic happens – my characters take on a life of their own and become an active part of the creative process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the use of AR technology, my art becomes even more immersive and engaging. Viewers can use a free app to experience the magic of my work by watching the collage come to life right on their phone screens. I hope that my work inspires others to see the world in a new way and appreciate the beauty of storytelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARTIST BIO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nati Golan is a mixed-media collage artist and animator, who was born and raised in Israel and now calls Germany home. She loves to explore emotions through her art, from dark to self-humorous, and her style is characterized by a psychedelic and collage aesthetic that blends traditional handmade methods with digital tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She likes to break the limitation of the physical world, using augmented reality technology. Her AR prints combine collage and animation and allow people to engage with her work in new and exciting ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her passion for collage and animation receives recognition through awards and exhibitions, including the Music Video Awards Film Festival and the Amarcort Film Festival for her and Naama Arbel music video Migrant Bird<\/em>. She has also exhibited in various galleries, including the F2 Gallery in Halle, the Contus Gallery in Tel Aviv, and the BAS SC Gallery in Berlin, and has been featured in Refresh Magazine<\/em>, Antigona Magazine<\/em>, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Golan always strives to improve her skills and create new and exciting pieces that inspire and captivate her audience, and she hopes to continue to explore the boundaries of motion and collage in her future work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
